Panicking For the Exam?
|
Don't follow Tony's example.
|

Here are several things you should do if you are starting to panic:
1. Calm down and breathe!
2. Start studying now!
Don't leave studying until the night before the exam!
See "6 Day Countdown to a Biology Exam"
3. Use your review as a practice test.
How many questions can you NOT answer? These are your weak areas. Focus on these!
4. Chunk your Material!
Study each unit separately. Set aside 1 day to study each starting with the first unit. Quiz yourself each day on the units you studied previously before studying
the next one.
5. Make Flash Cards!
6. Color your Diagrams!
7. Re-watch You Tube Videos!
8. Attempt online quizes!
Type in a topic and try one. It is good practice.
If you do all of this you will definitely be ready for the test.
Good Luck and Happy Studying!
